Jesus is coming soon!
Are you ready to meet the lover of your soul?
The one who was beaten, bruised, disrespected, shamed, spit on, assaulted, tortured, nailed to a wooden cross with huge what looks like railroad spikes, tied in such a way that every breath was labored and strenuous.
He was Hung between two thieves as if he were guilty. Crucified in a guilty man's way of punishment!
He cried, “Father, forgive them for they know not what they do.”
When it was finished, he gave up his spirit. Committed it into the hands of the Father in heaven. Water and blood spewed from his side when he was stabbed by a guard with a spear. He was marred and beaten beyond the appearance of a man. He didn’t even look like a person.
On the cross, he bore your sins and sickness. He was buried in a tomb. Buried with him was the guilt, shame, separation from God the Father, and sin of the world!
When he rose from the dead on the third day he rose with your victory, your freedom, your forgiveness, your salvation, and your wholeness, mind, body and spirit!
He took the keys to death, hell, and the grave, and he freed the captives of old and made a public display of the enemy. Triumphing over him in the finished work of the cross.
He did this because without the shedding of blood, there is no remission of sins. He did this to pay the cost we couldn't pay. He did this to adopt you back into his family as children of God.
He loves you! You were the happy ending, the joy set before him!
The Bible says, if you confess with your mouth and believe in your heart that Jesus is the Son of God and that he rose from the dead, you will be saved. Ask him to come into your heart and make you new. He will transform your heart by baptizing you in the Holy Spirit. He's our comforter, guide, and helper; he teaches us about Jesus and helps us know him intimately. We can't be sons and daughters without Holy Spirit.
If you draw your last breath, where are you going to spend eternity? It’s your choice. Jesus is waiting for you to call upon his name. The Bible says that whoever calls upon the name of Jesus will be saved.
Call out to him today! It will be the best decision you ever made.
